THE TALE OF TWO BBQ ENTHUSIASTS AND

THE DEATH OF THE ELECTRIC SMOKER

The year was 2020 and after many months of planning, Malc & Josh, two BBQ enthusiasts straight out of Hampshire, were ready to share their idea with the World!

​

Originally armed with a trusty electric smoker and a noisy just-eat machine they were ready to serve. However Covid struck! This was no barrier for Malc & Josh though, and through determination, and a bit of luck, BBQ Boss flourished.

​

They found their feet and set the foundations to provide an authentic takeaway experience with great value, quality ingredients. By this point, the trusty electric smoker just wasn't cutting it, it was time for an upgrade.

​

And thus the smokehouse was born! Equipped with two giant twin reverse flow wood smokers, completely man powered, they were able to churn out high quality smoked meat with a large pink ring for good measure. 

​

Excited to share this with others they quickly expanded into event catering, as well as supplying other establishments with other-worldly smoked goodies. Where will they go to next? Stay tuned.
